What is the “Live Local Network”?
The idea is simple: connect people who want to support local businesses with the makers, growers, and artisans who are looking for their support and patronage. Our goal is to spread the word about YOU.
What do you gain from it?
Your self-written profile will be posted to our public business directory
You will be introduced in our monthly Live Local Email Newsletter (650+ active recipients and counting)
We’ll check-in with you via email to learn of any news, events, or promotions you want to share with our email list and social followers.
We’ll continue to promote the Live Local Network in emails, social media, and cross-promotions with Curated CT and new original content
Curated CT will look to our Live Local Network for new wholesale vendors and future projects.
Why are we “beta testing” this?
You likely know that launching something new is a big undertaking. This effort is an extension of what Curated CT has been doing since its inception, but we are still learning how exactly to best serve our startup, small business community. We think this idea is a home-run, but aren’t foolish enough to think that we won't have kinks to work out. This is why we’re excited to offer big discounts to our early adopters—and we hope you’ll be willing to share your feedback with us along the way.
What am I committing to exactly?
All of this is completely voluntary on your part. Upon signing up you will be asked to fill out a “on-boarding” form so we can create your profile. You will keep us in the loop with things we should share in the monthly email newsletters and in our social posts, but your commitment level is up to you. Please understand that this is a you-get-out-of-it-what-you-put-into-it kind of situation; we can only post, share, and promote what you provide to us.
