This dinner is a quasi-follow up from the first pop-up dinner collaboration between Chef Tyler Anderson, WeHartford, the Goodwin Hotel, and TheaterWorks. Rather than a dinner date, we decided to invite a couple friends along and it did not disappoint—they've extended this dinner event through the end of May, so don't miss out.
I am forever on the search for a good croissant. I have also become fast friends with Mark Walerysiak Jr., who has started a business called Giverrang. (More on them soon!) Through their Bristol Bucks pilot, I learned about Erika and her Bakery on Maple, which offers up croissants I had to try.
